GÖRG advises itesys AG on the acquisition of Hosting Solutions GmbH

GÖRG advised Swiss-based itesys AG on the acquisition of Hosting Solutions GmbH with a cross-location team led by Frankfurt partner Markus Beyer. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Karlsruhe-based Hosting Solutions GmbH is a specialized IT service provider with a focus on SAP Basis operations, IT security and hosting in ISO 27001-certified German data centers. The company was founded in 2005 and has been successfully expanded since then. Hosting Solutions GmbH currently employs around 25 people and supports over 100 customers.

itesys AG is one of the largest SAP Basis operation and project service providers in Switzerland with locations in Germany, Romania, New Zealand and Slovakia. Founded in 2003, the itesys Group supports its customers with almost 200 employees in the areas of SAP technology, SAP security and platform engineering. As business technology engineers, itesys supports companies on their way to a stable, secure and future-oriented SAP world. With this acquisition, the SAP service provider is further expanding its position as a specialist in the field of SAP services in the German and European market.

GÖRG once again provided comprehensive legal advice to itesys AG on its strategic expansion in Germany as part of the implementation of the transaction.
