GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Ufenau Capital Partners on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in MAC IT-Solutions GmbH ("MAC") based in Flensburg, under the lead management of Dr. Tobias Fenck and Markus Beyer. The transaction is still subject to the approval of the German Federal Cartel Office.
By acquiring a majority stake in MAC, a leading provider of IT solutions for e-commerce and omnichannel software with more than 110 employees, Ufenau Capital Partners continues its growth in the fragmented IT software market despite the current economic circumstances.
The team of GÖRG partner Dr. Tobias Fenck has already provided Ufenau with successful legal support this year in connection with its investment in matrix technology AG, an IT service and consulting company based in Munich, and in connection with its investment in Hamburg-based IKOR AG, which focuses on software consulting.
