GÖRG advised S & D Spezialstahl on the sale of a majority stake to Swiss BIBUS Group

[Hamburg, ] GÖRG has advised the two shareholders of S & D Spezialstahl Handelsgesellschaft mbH on the sale of a majority stake to Swiss BIBUS Group.

About S & D

Founded in 1997, S & D is a leading European stockholder for metallic semi-finished products made of high-performance materials such as titanium and titanium alloys as well as nickel and nickel base alloys and special stainless steel inter alia for applications in the aviation and medical technology sectors. The company offers numerous prefabrication options and has employees in Germany, France, Italy, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.

Since the year 2000, S & D is also active in plastics recycling. The plastics division was carved out prior to the transaction and remains independently in the ownership of the sellers.
