GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised the Zeitfracht Group on the acquisition of the business operations of Leysieffer GmbH & Co. KG from Osnabrück and the associated rescue of the jobs of all 180 Leysieffer employees who will be taken over as part of the transaction. Leysieffer applied for insolvency at the end of June 2022. The transaction has already been completed after the opening of insolvency proceedings on 16 August 2022 with the approval of the creditors' committee.

Leysieffer produces, among other things, chocolate, pralines and fruit spreads and operates its own shops and bistros in Berlin and Sylt, among other places.

The Zeitfracht Group is a third-generation family business with more than 6,300 employees. The company is headquartered in Kleinmachnow, Brandenburg.

The two Cologne GÖRG partners Dr. Michael Dolfen and Christopher Schiller successfully advised the Zeitfracht Group on the acquisition of Leysieffer.
