Claus Christopher Schiller advises national and international companies in all areas of corporate law, stock corporation law and capital markets law.

His area of focus particular lies in offering advice to companies and individuals on complex structural measures under corporate law, mergers & acquisitions as well as shareholder disputes and D&O liability issues, including litigation (Corporate Litigation).

Expertise

Claus Christopher Schiller’s practice areas include advising national and international companies on all aspects of corporate law as well as well as stock corporation and capital market law issues, in particular on M&A and private equity transactions as well as on company formations, restructurings and other structural measures under corporate law.

Further areas of expertise include accompanying and overseeing shareholders' meetings and general meetings of stock corporations. He also advises companies, board members and managing directors as well as shareholders on corporate disputes and matters regarding the liability of directors and officers.

Career

Claus Christopher Schiller is a partner at the Cologne office of GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.*

He studied law at the Universities of Bonn and Cologne, and completed his legal training in Cologne and Berlin with clerkships that included a multidisciplinary business law firm and the German parliament.

He was admitted to the bar in 2016.
