GÖRG has advised Munich-based Finsurtech Vinlivt GmbH on its successfully completed and internationally backed seed round. The company raised a total of €3.5 million.
In addition to U.S. investors, the international fintech ecosystem Tenity and a family office participated in the financing. The circle of angel investors was further expanded by experienced industry figures such as Christian Schwalb, Olaf Zöftig, Andreas Kötterheinrich, and Marcus Knispel. Moreover, €700,000 in government innovation funding was allocated to the company.
Vinlivt is a digital broker platform for insurance distribution as well as financial and wealth advisory, offering a comprehensive customer app solution for financial intermediaries. The software integrates various functionalities, including client communication via the integrated app messenger, contract management, wealth management, multi-banking, and financial reporting.
With the new capital, Vinlivt plans to further expand its digital platform. The focus is on secure and modern communication between advisors and clients via the Vinlivt app, fully digitalizing advisory processes, and automating back-office operations with the help of AI. A central element of the roadmap is the development of a proprietary REST API for the rapid integration of third-party systems. In parallel, the offering will be expanded to include wealth management features, among others through API-based solutions from Evergreen.
