KG is the market leader, these are especially SPAX universal screws, for industry, craftsmen and do-it-yourselfers all over the world.
Through the sale of ABC Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. KG to FAWER Automotive Parts Limited, the market leadership position and international growth of the wheel bolt business of ABC Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. KG's wheel bolt business will be further secured. FAWER Automotive Parts Limited is the right partner for this further development of the business of ABC Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. KG.
The acquisition of ABC Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. KG is the first acquisition of a German company by FAWER Automotive Parts Limited. The transaction is still subject to official approvals from Germany and China.
