GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Mileway on the sale of a warehouse and production hall complex with attached offices in Witten, North Rhine-Westphalia. The buyer is Industreal GmbH, a subsidiary of Mähren AG.

The property sold has around 30,000 m² of rentable space and is located in the middle of the Witten Industry and Technology Park in the motorway triangle between Bochum, Dortmund and Hagen. It consists of a hall complex with a four-storey office building, a multi-part production hall and two fully let high-rise bunkers. Almost 90 percent of the property is let to a broadly diversified tenant base.
