GÖRG advises La Française on acquisition of office building in Nuremberg

Frankfurt, 22.09.2022

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised La Française Real Estate Managers (REM) on behalf of a collective real estate investment vehicle on the acquisition of an office

building in Nuremberg. The seller of the property with approx. 4,800 m² of space is the project developer te management GmbH.

The 6-storey office building is located at Hansastr. 33 in Nuremberg's Hohe Marter district on the grounds of Hansapark, in the south-west of the city. The surroundings of the Hansapark are characterised by numerous industrial and commercial buildings. The transport connections of the property are very good, with direct access to the A73, and in the immediate vicinity of an underground station. The location on the Frankenschnellweg motorway means that the A3, A6 and A9 motorways, as well as regional and national destinations, can be reached quickly and conveniently by car. Nuremberg's main railway station is only ten minutes away by U2.

The prestigious new building was completed in 2020 and is 100% leased to Küchen Quelle Holding GmbH on a long-term basis. The DGNB Gold-certified property also impresses with its innovative and sustainable energy concept, at the heart of which is the ice storage facility that supplies the property almost entirely with cooling and heating.

A cross-location GÖRG team led by Frankfurt partner Dr. Dennis Hog successfully assisted La Française Real Estate Managers with legal advice on the transaction.
