GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Real I.S. AG on the acquisition of the logistics park in Reichertshofen near Ingolstadt. The seller is Intaurus Portfolio 2 GmbH, based in Dachau. Led by Silvio Sittner, GÖRG and its team accompanied the transaction for Real I.S. during the legal due diligence as well as the negotiation and execution of the purchase agreement and financing.
The property, which was only completed in the fourth quarter of 2021, is let to KP Family International GmbH, which runs a large online shop for baby and toddler articles. The property has a total area of 12,402 m². In addition, 59 parking spaces are available.
The acquisition of this logistics park by Real. I.S. is one of numerous transactions currently characterising the German real estate market. GÖRG also regularly advises clients on the acquisition or sale of larger logistics properties, office complexes and shopping centres. Most recently, among others, in the purchase of the "Quarto" logistics portfolio and part of the Tri Tower in Hamburg.
