GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised the owner of TRIUM in Bochum on the conclusion of a long-term lease agreement for approx. 4,400 sqm with Daikin Airconditioning Germany GmbH.
In the direct vicinity of the Jahrhunderthalle - one of Bochum's landmarks - the "Campus an der Jahrhunderthalle" is currently being developed, which has been given the concise name "TRIUM" because of its three structures. The owner of the approx. 6,900 m² site and developer is a joint venture of CFI Conzepte für Immobilien GmbH from Wiesbaden and Rotterdam Bau GmbH from Langenfeld. The uniformly designed TRIUM ensemble offers modern, versatile working environments on five floors, including inviting outdoor areas. Flexible floor plans allow for both larger contiguous uses and smaller rentals - in up to 36 units.
With the concluded lease agreement, Building C of TRIUM is fully let to Daikin. Legal advice to the landlord was provided by Cologne partner Dr. Wolf zur Nieden, who has also comprehensively advised CFI in the past on comparable project developments and lettings in Essen and Düsseldorf, among other places.
