Dr Wolf zur Nieden advises international and national investors, banks, special servicers, asset managers, retailers and high net-worth individuals on all matters relating to real estate law. He has particular expertise in structuring, negotiating and carrying out challenging (portfolio) transactions associated with commercially used property and project developments. A further key area of activity is in advising on contracts related to the use and management of real estate. This includes, above all, drafting and negotiating commercial tenancy and lease law, in particular for office real estate and specialist real estate, such as shopping centres, logistics and industrial properties, car parks and training academies.

Dr Wolf zur Nieden has worked for banks and insolvency administrators many times, and therefore has particular experience in providing real estate law advice in the context of restructuring and insolvency.
