GÖRG is sending a strong signal to start the new year: As of 1 January 2026, the firm is promoting a female and a male partner from within its own ranks, along with numerous other colleagues who will advance to the next career level.
These promotions reflect not only the outstanding performance delivered at GÖRG every day, but also the culture of the firm, in which responsibility, collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit are key pillars. This year’s promotions underline GÖRG’s strong commitment to fostering homegrown talent and highlight the dedication with which the firm’s lawyers help shape its ongoing development.
Dr Marcus Richter, Managing Partner at GÖRG, comments: “We are proud that once again a significant number of professionally outstanding and personally impressive colleagues have taken their next career step at GÖRG. These promotions clearly demonstrate the quality, commitment and loyalty that distinguish our teams. They also show how attractive GÖRG is to lawyers who are keen to develop with us over the long term and grow together. We congratulate all newly appointed colleagues and wish them every success, joy and inspiration as they continue on their journey – and we look forward to shaping the future of our firm together with them.”
