GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Munich-based Real I.S. AG on the sale of the "Netzwerk" office property at Lilienthalstraße 7 in Regensburg. The buyer is the Hamburg-based investment and asset manager FONDSGRUND Investment, which acquired the office property for HIH Invest Real Estate and a club of German institutional investors.

The headquarter was built in 2011 and comprises around 24,700 square metres of office space and 3,700 square metres of storage space. In addition, there are 600 parking spaces. The building has a total of four full storeys and a stacked storey with a roof terrace and surrounds three green inner courtyards. Moreover, the office building has been certified DGNB Platinum. The property is leased on a long-term basis to the supraregional network operator Bayernwerk Netz GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of E.ON.
