Dr. Konstantin Horn advises national and international companies and clients from the public sector on all matters of real estate law.

He specialises in real estate transactions, project developments and commercial rental law.

Dr. Konstantin Horn is an associate in the Hamburg office of GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.

After his studies at Bucerius Law School and Brooklyn Law School (New York City), he received his doctorate degree for a thesis on corporate and capital markets law from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. During this time, Dr. Horn was a research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law (Prof. Dr. Fleischer). Subsequently, he completed his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, including a stage at an international law firm.

He was admitted to the bar in January 2022.
