GÖRG advised Berlin-based industrial AI startup Kyrok GmbH on its €3.1 million pre-seed financing round. The round was led by Speedinvest. Other investors include Arve Capital, the family office behind the Sanner Group, as well as several industry and technology experts.
Kyrok is building the first AI operating system for supply chain teams at pharmaceutical and chemical SMEs. Industry-specific AI agents take on recurring routine work in customer service, production and material planning, and procurement, while the final decision stays with the human. As an AI application layer, Kyrok sits on top of existing ERP systems with no system migration required. The company was founded in 2025 by Daniel Hofinger and Lukas Bierfreund in Berlin.
The fresh capital will be strategically invested in the further development of the operating system, the creation of additional modules, and the expansion of the Berlin team.
A GÖRG team led by partner Prof Dr Stephan R. Göthel advised Kyrok on all legal aspects of the financing round.
