GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, led by partner Dr. Sergio Bińkowski, advised Real I.S. AG on the sale of the office property Hammerbrookstraße 92 in Hamburg. The buyer is the investor and asset manager Freo Group.

The building was constructed in 2003 as part of the TriTowers office properties and was the only object in the "Bayernfonds Immobilienverwaltung GmbH & Co. Objekt Hamburg I KG", a real estate fund of Real I.S. launched in 2005 and now closed. The building has 8,700 m² of rental space, the main tenant is Barmer Ersatzkasse.

In addition to GÖRG, Real I.S. was also advised by Colliers on the transaction, while CBRE, HFK Rechtsanwälte, Clifford Chance and HauckSchuchardt were active on the buyer side.
