Dr Christoph Mönig advises national and international companies on real estate law. He specialises in real estate transactions, commercial tenancy law, general land law and leasehold law.
Dr Christoph Mönig advises investors, companies, project developers, financial institutions and the public sector on all matters of real estate law. This includes, in particular, real estate transactions, project developments, commercial rental contracts and general matters of land law. Dr Christoph Mönig also has particular expertise in the field of leasehold law.
Dr Christoph Mönig is a partner at our Hamburg office. Before joining GÖRG, he worked for almost five years as a lawyer in the real estate department of a major international law firm.
After studying law at universities in Münster and Poitiers (France), Dr Mönig obtained his doctorate at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. He completed his legal training in Hamburg, with secondments at the German Embassy in Beijing (China) and at an international corporate law firm in New York (USA).
At the start of 2010, Dr Mönig was admitted to the bar by the Hanseatic Bar Association Hamburg.
