GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Values Real Estate on the purchase of the Industrial and Logistics Park Coreport II in Leipzig. The seller is the Intaurus group of companies headquartered in Dachau.

Coreport Leipzig II is located on Paul-Thiersch-Strasse in Schkeuditz, at the Leipzig/Halle air and motorway hub. The property was completed at the end of May 2023 and has a total lettable area of around 55,000 square metres. The new building, certified with DGNB Gold, will be part of the institutional "Values Logistics Real Estate Fund" launched in 2020. The sole tenant is the online retailer Mytheresa, which specialises in luxury fashion. The remaining term of the lease is ten years.
