GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised the Blumenbecker Group from Beckum on a syndicated financing. A team led by Cologne partner Dr. Thomas Lange assisted the group in taking out the first syndicated loan in the company's history by providing banking and financing law advice.
