The Benelux countries are a natural neighbouring and target market for German companies, investors and lenders. Conversely, Germany is often the first major step into the German-speaking market for companies from the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. We advise on German business law and coordinate Dutch, Belgian and Luxembourg law matters with trusted law-firm contacts in Amsterdam, Brussels and Luxembourg. Our core areas are banking and finance, commercial real estate finance, corporate/M&A, tax structuring, restructuring and insolvency. Typical mandates include financings, acquisitions, joint ventures, market entries and special situations - inbound and outbound.
