Anne Schönfleisch advises national and international companies in the field of industrial property law. Her main focuses include design, copyright and trademark law. She also represents clients in and out of court before all national courts, as well as the EGC and the ECJ.
Anne Schönfleisch offers advice on industrial property law, intellectual property and commerce to national and international companies. She specialises in the areas of competition law, copyright and media law, trademark and design law, and distribution and transport law. In addition to assisting in IP disputes both in and out of court at a national and international level, she also handles associated contract preparation and distribution systems.
Her industry focuses are in the areas of media and entertainment, commerce and services, industry, and transport and logistics.
Anne Schönfleisch is an associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
In addition to her law studies at the University of Passau, she simultaneously studied British law at the University of London, completing it with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2010. She completed her law training in Berlin and San Francisco (USA), with clerkships at the Medienanstalt Berlin-Brandenburg (mabb_), a law firm in Berlin that specialises in copyright and media law, as well as at an international corporate law firm in San Francisco (USA).
She was admitted to the Berlin Bar Association in 2015.
