Arkadiusz Rzepka is the Head of the Legal Tech & Digital Transformation Unit at GÖRG. He has many years of experience in the digitalisation of legal services and applying modern technologies, in particular artificial intelligence (AI), needs-based legal tech applications, and practical automation solutions.

His work focuses on designing and implementing practice-oriented digital business models and systematically building AI expertise, both within GÖRG and for clients. He also develops transformation processes that enhance the efficiency of everyday legal work and create forward-looking solutions for clients.

Previously, Mr Rzepka headed the Digitalisation Competence Centre at an international law firm, where he introduced AI-based tools and legal tech solutions for the firm and its clients.

He also spent several years in the financial sector, where he managed major digitalisation projects and developed digital ecosystems for credit institutions. In addition, he initiated strategic innovation formats such as hackathons and digital labs to advance the digital transformation of German financial institutions. At the German Banking Industry Committee, he coordinated position papers on IT regulatory standards at the EU level.

Mr Rzepka is a certified AI Officer and AI Coordinator (TÜV), IT Risk Manager (DGI), and certified Project- and Product Manager (SCRUM, IPMA).
