In particular, he has considerable experience advising on corporate sales and acquisitions (overseeing and managing the entire transaction process and due diligence), founding companies/start-ups, company investment rounds and reorganisations. He works closely with auditors, tax advisors and reorganisation consultants.

Career
Clemens Scholz-Remes is a lawyer and notary, and has been at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB since 2002.
Before joining GÖRG, he was a partner for a large, international law firm in Berlin.
After studying law at universities in Bonn, Marburg, Munich and Lausanne (Switzerland), Clemens Scholz-Remes completed his legal training in Berlin with clerkships in business law firms and with the OECD.
He was admitted to the bar in 1990 and licensed as a notary in 2000.
