Dominik Koblitz, LL.M. advises national and international companies on complex IT & outsourcing projects.
He advises, in particular, on all matters of data protection law, and supports companies with GDPR projects. His areas of focus include conclusion of cooperation and service contracts, analysis of structures and processes relating to data protection law, cross-border data processing, drafting the documentation required under data protection law and for terms of business and use.
The industries in which he operates include e-commerce, banks and FinTech, as well as telecommunications.
Dominik Koblitz, LL.M. is an associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
Prior to joining GÖRG he worked as a lawyer for an international law firm. He completed his law studies at the University of Heidelberg. He subsequently completed his L.L.M. studies at the Stellenbosch University in South Africa. Afterwards, he completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt and worked, amongst others, for the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
He was admitted to the bar in 2020.
