Dr. Anne Bach advises national and international clients in all aspects of in-court and out-of-court insolvency and restructuring matters. She focuses on cross-border cases as well as corporate-related aspects of insolvencies and distressed situations.
Anne is a member of GÖRG’s insolvency and restructuring group. Her practice includes all aspects of insolvency and restructuring with a special focus on cross-border cases. Anne regularly acts for (foreign) creditors or shareholders of an insolvent or distressed company and also advises directors in the context of (threatening) insolvency or reorganization proceedings.
Besides, Anne also is in charge to support French-speaking matters throughout the firm.
Anne is an Associated Partner and joined GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in 2013. After completing her studies at the University of Mannheim, Anne worked as a research assistant at the chair of Professor Georg Bitter (University of Mannheim) where she acquired a PhD with her doctoral thesis on hybrid financing in insolvency.
Prior to joining GÖRG, she was a legal trainee at a leading German commercial bank as well as with several business law firms. She was admitted to the Bar in 2013.
