Dr Benedikt Walker offers national and international companies advice on public commercial law and procurement law. He specialises in the areas of planning law, immission control law and environmental law.
Dr Benedikt Walker advises companies and the public sector on all questions regarding building and planning law, in particular on issues of spatial planning law and the preparation or amendment of development and land use plans. He has considerable experience in supporting major construction and infrastructure projects. Further focal points of his work include advice on approval procedures under immission control laws, as well as representation in court and in premature transfer of ownership or expropriation proceedings.

After completing his law studies at universities in Heidelberg and Mainz, Benedikt Walker completed his legal training in Berlin. He subsequently gained his doctorate in law from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) under Prof Ines Härtel, with a thesis concerning energy efficiency.
He was admitted to the bar in 2016.
