Dr Daniel Mazurek advises national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective labour law and represents clients before German labour and civil courts.
In particular, Dr Mazurek has experience in advising on employment law in connection with the acquisition and the restructuring of companies.
Another focus area is advising clients on the agreement of specific terms and conditions of employment including complex contractual provisions in individual employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements.
