Dr. David Sundermann advises national and international companies on labour and employment law.
Dr. David Sundermann advises national and international companies on all questions of individual and collective labor law and handles litigation before the labor and civil courts. One focus of his work is the drafting, implementation and termination of employment and service contracts. In addition to questions concerning the use of third party personnel, he also focuses on the area of co-determination, in particular with regard to the reorganization and restructuring of companies.
Dr. David Sundermann is an associateat GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. Before joining GÖRG, he worked as a lawyer in the field of employment law at a Cologne-based business law firm.
After studying law at the Universities of Bielefeld, Tilburg (Netherlands) and Cologne, Dr. David Sundermann completed his legal clerkship in Cologne, including positions at a Cologne law firm specializing in employment law and a commercial law firm in Porto (Portugal). He then completed his doctorate in labor law at the University of Cologne under Prof. Dr. Martin Henssler on a topic at the intersection of employee leasing and labor dispute law.
He was admitted to the bar in 2016.
