Dr Klaus Felke advises national and international companies on matters of stock corporation and capital markets law.
Dr Klaus Felke provides advice in all matters of corporate and capital markets law.
In particular, he advises national and international companies and investors in the fields of stock corporation law (general meetings, conversion measures, capital increases), as well as in the fields of takeovers and capital markets law. Dr Felke advises on matters in connection with the requirements of capital markets law and, if necessary, handles communication with the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
Matters of manager liability are also another key area of activity. He can represent either companies or individuals against whom claims have been made, both in court and out of court, and represents his clients before D&O insurers. Dr Felke often represents managing directors and board members against whom claims have been made as a result of payments after insolvency.
Dr Felke is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
He studied at the Bielefeld University and, in 2003, obtained his doctorate from the University of Cologne Institute for Banking Law, with a thesis on banking law. After having completed his legal training and elective clerkships at major national and international law firms in Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf and New York (USA), he has been working as a lawyer at GÖRG since 2004.
