Dr Lars Nevian advises national and international companies in all matters of labour law, in particular in company acquisitions and restructuring, in disputes with employee organisations and unions, as well as planning terms of employment, introducing working time models and remuneration systems. In addition, Dr Nevian advises his clients in labour court proceedings all over Germany. His sector focus is in the fields of banking, IT and services.
Dr Lars Nevian is a partner in the Frankfurt office and a member of the Labour Law Team at GÖRG. Before joining GÖRG, he was a lawyer and partner at a large international law firm in Frankfurt.
Following his degree in law at university in Mainz, Dr Lars Nevian completed his legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz. He then worked for one year as a foreign associate at an international law firm in New York (USA). He subsequently obtained his doctorate at Mainz University under Prof Dr Klaus Müller, with a thesis on “Selling a legal practice”.
He was admitted to the bar in 1992.
