Dr. Laura Rayak, LL.M. advises companies operating both nationally and internationally. In particular her clients include property investors, insurance companies, banks and project developers for which she advises on all aspects of real estate law.

Her main practice areas to date are due diligence in sales and purchase transactions, the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases, and assisting in the conclusion of real estate deals.

She also represents clients in all areas of legal disputes in real estate, commercial tenancy and brokerage law.

After studying law at the University of Cologne, Dr. Laura Rayak, LL.M. completed her doctorate at the Ruhr University of Bochum under Professor Dr. Renate Schaub, LL.M., while working for a large corporate law firm as a paralegal. She subsequently obtained a Masters in Law (LL.M.) at the University of Glasgow.

Dr. Laura Rayak, LL.M. completed her legal traineeship at the Local Court and Public Prosecutor's Office in Cologne with stations at an international commercial law firm in Düsseldorf and a stock market listed operator of an online payment service. She spent a further training period at the European Commission in Brussels.

She was admitted to the bar in 2021.
