Experimental Legislation in China...
Dr. Madeleine Martinek advises German and international companies on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, restructurings, greenfield projects and joint ventures. She also advises clients on matters of corporate and commercial law. A particular focus of her practice is advising Chinese and other East Asian companies on their investments in Germany.
Dr. Madeleine Martinek is a lecturer at Saarland University and at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in Wuhan, P.R. China. She is also a member of the Board of the German-Chinese Lawyers’ Association.
