Dr Oliver Wilken advises national and international companies on matters of stock corporation and capital markets law.
Dr Oliver Wilken provides advice on all matters of corporate and capital markets law.
He primarily advises national and international investors and companies on fundamental decisions. This also includes coordinating group structures, as well as fusions, divisions and takeovers.
A further area of focus is providing advice in crisis situations. In connection with this, Dr Wilken has often been a member of supervisory boards for both public and other corporations.
Dr Oliver Wilken is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
He studied at the Free University of Berlin, in Constance and in Cambridge (UK). He obtained his doctorate in 1992, with a thesis on a topic of group law at the Centre for International Economy (University of Constance).
After completing his legal training and elective clerkships at a US law firm and in Brussels, he was admitted to the bar in 1995.
