Dr Paul Steinbach advises the public sector and national and international companies in the area of public commercial law and procurement law. He specialises in the areas of environmental and planning law, in particular aspects of construction, energy and infrastructure projects, and the accompanying public law processes involved in planning and approval.
Dr Paul Steinbach is an associate in the area of public law and administrative law at our Berlin office. He offers private companies and the public sector, as well as companies of the public sector, advice on aspects of planning, approval and procurement processes, particularly for projects involving energy and infrastructure. This includes advising on public law and private contracts, and all regulatory issues including representation before negotiations and a court.
Dr Paul Steinbach is an associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
After completing his law studies at universities in Münster and Paris, Dr Paul Steinbach completed his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin. He subsequently gained a doctorate of law from Potsdam University on legal aspects of an environmental energy topic.
He was admitted to the bar in 2017.
Since 2017, Dr Paul Steinbach has repeatedly appeared as an author for juris PraxisReport Umwelt- und Planungsrecht, where he regularly discusses current case law on administrative, environmental and energy law.
