Dr Philine Stamer advises national and international companies in the area of labour law. In particular, her focus is on disputes concerning dismissals, drafting of contracts, company pension schemes and social security law.
Dr Philine Stamer offers advice on all aspects of individual and collective labour law to employers and managers. Her main focuses are drafting contracts and managing disputes involving unfair dismissal protection. Dr Philine Stamer has particular expertise in the are of company pension schemes. In addition to labour law, she is also involved in social security law.
Dr Philine Stamer is a lawyer at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. Before joining GÖRG, she worked as a lawyer at a leading labour law specialist office in Düsseldorf.
After studying law at universities in Munster and Paris, she gained a doctorate in law from the University of Munster under Prof Dr Heinz-Dietrich Steinmeyer, with a thesis on labour law. Parallel to this, Dr Stamer successfully completed a master degree in the area of pension schemes at the University of Munster. She thereafter completed her training in Duisburg with clerkships at an international law office, the Germany Embassy in Singapore, and at the Hamburg Labour Court. She was admitted to the bar in 2014.
