Philipp Berrsche offers national and international companies advice in real estate law.
Philipp Berrsche advises national and international funds, private equity companies and family offices in real estate law regarding transactions (share and asset deals, forward deals), their structuring and financing, as well as asset management. A further focus of his activities is real estate law advice in the restructuring environment.
Philipp Berrsche is a lawyer at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. Before joining GÖRG, he worked as a lawyer for major international law firms in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf.
After studying law at universities in Mannheim, Lausanne (Switzerland), Cambridge (UK) and Frankfurt am Main, Mr Berrsche gained the title LL.M. Eur. as part of the post-graduate programme "European and International Business Law" at the University of Frankfurt, and completed a one-year business administration professional course as part of an executive programme at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). He completed his legal training in Frankfurt am Main.
He was admitted to the bar in 2014.
