Dr Sascha Lehmann advises national and international companies in the field of corporate law. He specialises in the foundation of companies, especially joint ventures, as well as managing and dealing with disputes on matters of corporate law.
Dr Sascha Lehmann advises national and international companies on all matters of corporate law. He has extensive experience in the foundation of companies, in particular of joint ventures. Another key area of activity is providing advice in shareholder disputes, as well as defending members of executive bodies against compensation claims. Dr Lehmann also works on a comprehensive and detailed basis, managing corporate law cases as well as cases relating to general civil and commercial law matters. The industries in which he operates include automotive and the media.
Dr Sascha Lehmann is a counsel at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. Before joining GÖRG, he worked as a lawyer for a large international law firm in Hamburg.
After studying law at Saarland University, University of Nantes (France), the University of Cologne and the University of San Diego (USA) (LL.M. – Master of Comparative Law), Dr Sascha Lehmann completed his legal training in Düsseldorf with clerkships at corporate law firms in Cologne and San Francisco (USA). He then obtained his doctorate in law at the University of Münster under Prof Dr Peter Berger, on a topic of Anglo-American procurement law. He was admitted to the bar in 2001.
