Dr. Timm Theilmann advises national and international companies, as well as, tech and growth companies and their investors on debt and equity financing issues, Banking and Banking Regulatory Law (fintech). He specializes in the areas of corporate finance, financing of tech companies and distressed companies. He has comprehensive expertise in the debt and equity financing of technology driven companies and growth companies. Moreover, he offers advice to medium sized and smaller companies on corporate venture capital and corporate venture building.
Dr. Theilmann is also intensively involved in process-related advice and the use of automation procedures for mass legal tasks (lawsuits, contracts).
His industry focus is on all industries that are specifically affected by the challenges of digitalization.
Dr. Timm Theilmann is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. Prior to joining GÖRG, he worked for an Alternative Legal Services Provider in Frankfurt am Main with a focus on process optimization and automation consulting.
Prior to this, he worked as a lawyer for a leading German commercial law firm in Berlin and Frankfurt am Main and for an international investment bank in London. After studying law at the universities of Munich, Frankfurt am Main and Paris and completing his legal clerkship in Frankfurt am, he received his doctorate in law from the University of Munich.
He was admitted to the German bar in 2005.
