Dr. Volker Baas and his team advise national and international institutions and financial services companies on matters such as the structuring of investment funds in accordance with the German Investment Code as well as on licensing, registration and notification procedures in accordance with the German Banking Act and the new German Securities Institutions Act. He also has special expertise in stock exchange law.
In addition, Dr. Volker Baas is a Director on the Global Board of HAA, Harvard University, Cambridge, (Mass.), USA and a member of the German-American Lawyers Association.
Dr. Volker Baas has published several books and numerous articles and treatises on banking and capital markets law.
