Hannah-Laura Schütte advises national and international companies on insolvency law and restructuring. Her focus is on insolvency and self-administration as well as out-of-court restructuring proceedings. She also advises companies in matters of insolvency employment law.
Hannah-Laura Schütte has extensive experience in the continuation and liquidation of insolvent companies from a wide range of industries and has been involved in numerous restructurings. In addition, she advises creditors, companies and their bodies in the preliminary phase of insolvency in insolvency law and insolvency employment law. The main focus of her work is the enforcement and defence of insolvency-specific liability claims (directors' liability claims § 64 GmbHG, § 93 AktG, capital replacement) and, above all, insolvency rescission claims (§§ 129 ff. InsO). In addition, she advises companies on insolvency employment law issues e.g. advance financing of insolvency money, negotiations with works councils and trade union representatives regarding the conclusion of reconciliations of interests and social plans and the establishment of transfer companies.
Hannah-Laura Schütte is a lawyer at GÖRG Rechtsanwälte / Insolvenzverwalter GbR. Before joining GÖRG, she worked as a lawyer at a large insolvency administrator's office in Düsseldorf.
After her law studies at the University of Cologne, Hannah-Laura Schütte completed her legal clerkship in Düsseldorf with stations in insolvency administration law firms. She was admitted to the bar in 2017.
