Kerim Uzman advises national and international companies on all matters relating to intellectual property, competition law and dispute resolution.
His areas of specialization include trademark and competition law as well as copyright law. He also advises on dispute resolution in complex commercial and contractual disputes both before the ordinary courts and before the respective courts of arbitration. He also specializes in representing clients in summary proceedings. He is also experienced in representing clients before the German and European trademark office and in court proceedings before the Federal Patent Court, the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Justice.

Career
Kerim Uzman is an associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
After studying the law at the Free University of Berlin, Kerim Uzman completed his legal clerkship in Berlin with stations at the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection, a renowned law firm for media and press law as well as a major international law firm.
He was admitted to the bar in 2022 by the Berlin Bar Association (RAK Berlin).
