Kristin Brocker is a lawyer and insolvency administrator, primarily at the GÖRG offices in East Westphalia-Lippe and North Hesse. She has experience in the area of continuation and reorganisation of companies in standard and self-administration proceedings. In addition to insolvency administration across all industries, she also specialises in the preparation and implementation of litigation claims and claims arising from executive liability, as well as advising on insolvency reorganisation.
In cooperation with Dr Commandeur (a partner at the GÖRG firm), Kristin Brocker also regularly publishes on current developments in insolvency law in the “Neuen Zeitschrift für Gesellschaftsrecht“ (NZG) from the Beck-Verlag.

Following her degree in law at the University of Münster and her clerkship in Münster, she successfully completed a certificate course in labour law. She was admitted to the bar in 2008. After multifaceted activity with a focus on labour law as well as general civil and commercial law in Westerland/Sylt, and after gaining the title of specialist lawyer for labour law, she changed her field of expertise and region in 2012.
Before joining GÖRG in 2014, Ms Brocker gathered relevant experience at a law firm in the Münsterland region that specialises in insolvency law.
At the same time, she completed a master's degree in "Business Law & Restructuring”, and successfully gained the title of Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Münster in 2015. She subsequently completed the certification course for insolvency law in 2018.
