Lena Klever advises national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective labour law. She has particular experience providing labour law advice in the context of reorganisations, as well as for the associated negotiations with employee organisations. She also provides advice on employment contracts and contracts with representatives of bodies in the field of employee data protection, and represents her clients before labour courts and civil courts. She focuses on the logistics, transport, metal, electronics and chemical sectors.
Lena Klever is an associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. After studying law at universities in Cologne and Uppsala (Sweden), Lena Klever completed her legal training in Cologne, with clerkships in Bonn and Beijing (China). She was admitted to the bar in 2015, and joined GÖRG in the same year.
