Melanie Erdmann supports and accompanies the insolvency administrators in all stages of consumer insolvency proceedings for various local courts up to the point of maturity. This area includes, among other things, the handling of consumer insolvency and residual debt discharge proceedings, the preparation of insolvency law reports and the independent handling of all correspondence. In addition, communication and correspondence with insolvency debtors and other parties involved in the proceedings as well as the collection of claims and the realisation of assets and the monitoring of deadlines and time limits are also part of her activities.
