Niko Stutz advises national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective labour law. In particular, he has considerable experience in advising on labour rights for reorganisation and restructuring of companies both during insolvency proceedings and at other times. He also specialises in representing employers and managing staff/managers, especially in cases of employment jurisdiction.
Career
Niko Stutz has been a lawyer at our Berlin office since 2013.
Before joining GÖRG, he worked as a lawyer for an international business law firm. After his law studies at the Free University of Berlin, Niko Stutz completed his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin with clerkships that included the human resources department of the Central University Administration at the Free University of Berlin and an international business law firm. He became a lawyer and member of the Berlin Bar Association in 2011.
He has been a specialist for labour law since 2016.
He worked part-time on his dissertation topic of labour law with a focus on “company transitions” at the Free University of Berlin.
