Oksana Weber-Kim has comprehensive expertise in real estate law. In particular, she supports the advice of nationally and internationally operating companies including domestic and foreign investment funds, PE companies, REITS and project development companies. Her industry focus is on logistics real estate and business parks as well as retail and office real estate.
Oksana Weber-Kim supports the advice on complex real estate transactions, project developments and preparation of the necessary agreements and transaction documents.
