Prof Dr Ferdinand Kuchler is a specialist lawyer for administrative law and a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Munich. He advises both national and international companies as well as the public sector, specialising in public construction, planning and environmental law. In 2023, he was honoured by Wirtschaftswoche as TOP Lawyer of the Year for Environmental and Planning Law.
Prof. Dr. Kuchler specialises in advising on large and complex project developments. He advises and represents his clients both out of court and in court, in all instances, including before the federal courts.
Prof Dr Kuchler maintains close contact with academia. He is the author of numerous publications and co-editor of the juris PraxisReport "Environmental and Planning Law".
