Sebastian Uhlig specialises in corporate law, handling litigation management for German credit institutes as well as national and international companies. As a certified specialist in banking and capital market law, he primarily represents his clients in disputes concerning banking, securities and other investment transactions. His activities include defending or enforcing claims arising from any banking transactions before and outside of court, as well as the consulting associated with this. A further focus is acting as advisor on corporate law both in and out of court. The industries in which he operates include finance and real estate.

Career

Sebastian Uhlig is an Associated Partner in GÖRG’s Berlin office.

He has been a lawyer with GÖRG in the area of litigation management since 2014. Prior to joining GÖRG as a lawyer, he had been active as a research assistant for many years. After studying law at the Humboldt University of Berlin, Sebastian Uhlig completed his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin.

He was admitted to the bar in March 2014.

Sebastian Uhlig has been a certified specialist in banking and capital market law since 2018.
