GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, under the lead management of Munich partner Dr. Bernt Paudtke, comprehensively advised the shareholder of TBS Brandschutzanlagen GmbH on the sale of all shares in the company to Fire Holding GmbH, an indirect subsidiary of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG. The subsidiaries of TBS Brandschutzanlagen GmbH were sold as well.
